Project description

Remodel all common areas in the skilled nursing wing, while the facility is fully occupied. Work closely with the facilities staff and OSHPD inspectors to assure compliance with California codes. Replace all carpet with LVP, new ceilings, light fixtures, restrooms, handrails, corner guards and paint. Some of this work was done at night to minimize disruptions to the residents.
