A $29 million, 4 story, 153,000 square foot senior care facility including 90 independent living & assisted living units and 60 skilled nursing units; 3 floors of structural metal stud framing over a concrete podium deck; Full commercial kitchen, sports bar, gymnasium, pool, chapel, private dining rooms & beauty salon, commercial restaurant, kitchen, and commercial office building on an environmentally sensitive sight; Project included water retention basin and a pump station; High end finishes including decorative concrete, floors, sidewalks, and countertops
